These terms explain what you get with SEOify and the rules for using it.

Agreement
By buying SEOify, creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use SEOify.
What SEOify is
SEOify is a do-it-yourself link-building catalog: a curated list of backlink opportunities (directories, communities, listings and similar sites) with details, instructions and tools to track your progress. You build the links yourself. SEOify does not submit, place or buy links for you, and has no control over whether a third-party site accepts, keeps or removes your listing.
Price and payment
SEOify is sold for a one-time payment shown at checkout. It is not a subscription and there are no recurring charges. Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices for new purchases may change; a change never affects what you have already paid for.
Lifetime access
Lifetime access means access to SEOify for as long as we operate the service. The catalog changes over time: opportunities are added, updated, hidden or removed as sites change, and features may change as the product evolves. Access is personal to the account that bought it and may not be shared, resold or transferred.
No refunds
All purchases are final and non-refundable, because the full catalog is available immediately after purchase. This does not limit any rights you have under laws that cannot be waived.
No guarantees
SEOify provides information and workflow tools. It does not guarantee search rankings, traffic, placements, link approvals or any other outcome. Third-party sites set their own rules, and their requirements, fees and availability can change at any time. You decide which opportunities to pursue and are responsible for the content you submit to other sites and for following their rules.
Your account
Use an email address you control; sign-in links are sent to it. You are responsible for activity on your account. Provide accurate information and keep your sign-in links private.
Acceptable use
Use SEOify lawfully. Do not copy, scrape, export, publish or resell the catalog or any part of it; do not share your account; do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to or interfere with the service. We may suspend or end access for accounts that break these terms.
Third-party sites
Opportunities link to websites we do not own or control. We are not responsible for their content, policies, fees or decisions.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
SEOify is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to SEOify is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits, rankings or traffic.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The current version, with its date, is always on this page. Continuing to use SEOify after a change means you accept the updated terms.
