Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information SEOify collects, why, and the choices you have.
Last updated October 17, 2026
What we collect
- Account details: your email address, and your name if you provide one.
- Purchase details: what you bought, when, and the payment reference from Stripe. We never see or store your full card number; Stripe handles card details.
- Your answers and activity: onboarding answers (for example your website and goals), the opportunities you save, hide, submit or mark approved, and notes you add.
- Messages: support requests, issue reports and contact-form messages, including your email address.
- Technical data: basic logs such as IP address, browser type and timestamps, used to run and secure the service and to block spam. Contact-form IP addresses are stored only in a scrambled (hashed) form.
How we use it
To provide your account and the catalog, process your purchase, send sign-in links and service emails, answer your messages, prevent fraud and abuse, and improve SEOify. We do not use your information for advertising.
Who processes it for us
We use a small set of service providers, only as needed to run SEOify:
- Stripe (payments)
- Supabase (accounts and database)
- Vercel (website hosting)
- Resend (sign-in and service emails)
- Google Workspace (our support email)
- Cloudflare (domain and file storage)
- Google Analytics (visit statistics)
We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising. We may disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect SEOify and its users from fraud or abuse.
Cookies
SEOify uses cookies to keep you signed in and to complete checkout securely, and your browser’s local storage to remember settings such as light or dark mode. We also use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages people use and where they leave, so we can improve the site. It sets first-party cookies (_ga and _ga_*) and sends Google the pages you view and actions such as scrolling, link clicks, starting checkout and completing a purchase (the amount and a random order reference, never your name, email or card), plus your browser and device type, approximate location and the site that referred you. After a purchase, a short-lived cookie (seoify_ga_purchase, deleted within 10 minutes) passes that order reference to the next page. If you arrive from a partner link, a first-party cookie (seoify_utm, 30 days) remembers only the campaign tags in that link (for example “dang / newsletter”) so we can see which partner led to a purchase; it holds nothing that identifies you. We have turned off Google signals and ad personalization, and we do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. You can block these cookies in your browser settings or with Google’s opt-out add-on.
How long we keep it
We keep account and purchase information while your account exists and as long as needed for tax, accounting and legal reasons. Support and contact messages are kept so we can help you and improve our answers. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your choices and rights
You can update your account details in your account. To request a copy of your information, a correction, or deletion of your account and data, email info@seoify.com. Depending on where you live (for example California or the EU), you may have additional rights, and we will honor requests as the law requires.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit, and access to it is limited to what is needed to run the service. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information.
Children
SEOify is not intended for children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
International use
SEOify is run from the United States, and our providers may process information in the United States and other countries.
Changes
We may update this policy. The current version, with its date, is always on this page.
